The Log

A running record of things made — one markdown file per entry, no CMS, no database, no auth. To publish, commit a file to /entries and push.

The one decision: no categories, no tags, no search. A single list, newest first, everything held to the same standard whether it shipped or got killed. Filtering implies things need sorting into bins to be understood; they don't. Read it top to bottom or don't read it.

What I'd change next: nothing yet — it's one entry old.
